WARRANTY

"This agreement to provide free labor and free material, can be extended yearly for an additional sum of $49.00 per year, payable on each consecutive year by the Owner on or before the anniversary date of this agreement, providing the Owner has fulfilled all the terms and conditions of this agreement."

1)	We warrant the entire wall (all 4 walls) from the top at grade to the bottom at the footer.
2)	We warrant the entire floor (walls to center), not just 3 feet from the “Area Treated”.
3)	We warrant the pressure relief pump for the life of the warranty and service agreement versus a sump pump which is covered under a separate manufacturers warranty (manufacturers warranties are typically 12 months from the date of purchase).
4)	We do not charge for service calls per visit or man hours. In fact we do not charge for service calls period.
5)	If a discharge line ever freezes, we will service it at no charge.
6)	We warrant against iron and mineral deposits which clog most other systems.

HOMEOWNERS TRANSFERABLE

WARRANTY & SERVICE AGREEMENT

This warranty is transferable to each successive homeowner for the life of the home, provided that Everdry Home Services has been notified in writing of any changes in ownership, and that the service renewal agreement has been maintained in accordance with the warranty policy.
